It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that their usage of Kloudmania's services is in line with all the relevant laws, regulations, and Kloudmania’s Acceptable Use Policy. Service misuse, including unauthorized access, spamming, or hosting illegal content, may lead to immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

Billing and Payment Terms

Clients are required to make timely payments for the services they purchase using approved payment methods. Invoices must be cleared within the specified billing period to maintain uninterrupted access to services. Failure to make payments within the due date may result in suspension or termination of the account, and overdue accounts may be referred to a collection agency for recovery.

Accessing and Using the Website

By accessing Kloudmania.com, users agree to use the website responsibly and refrain from any actions that may damage or disrupt the site or its content. Unauthorized activities such as hacking, data scraping, reverse engineering, or reproducing materials from this website without permission are strictly prohibited. General Provisions

This document represents the complete agreement between Kloudmania and its clients regarding the use of its services. Any modifications or updates to this agreement must be made in writing and approved by both parties. If any provision of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall continue to remain in full force and effect.

Responsibilities of the Recipient

If service uptime falls below the guaranteed level, affected clients may request service credits. The amount and eligibility for compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis, considering the duration, severity, and cause of the downtime

The party receiving confidential information must:

• Use information only for the agreed purpose.
• Protect it from unauthorized access or disclosure.
• Notify the discloser immediately of any breach or legal disclosure requirement.
• Return or destroy all confidential materials upon request or project completion.
• Ensure compliance by employees, agents, and contractors.

Confidential information includes business processes, proprietary software, client data, and other sensitive information shared during the service. Kloudmania and its customers will not only keep such information secret but also agree not to share it with anyone who is not authorized to know or with unauthorized entities.

This NDA remains effective for the entire duration of the business relationship and continues to apply as long as the services are active, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
